After 13 years working as a police officer, Belinda made the leap into building design — combining her eye for detail, practical thinking, and passion for helping people in a new way.

With a background spanning law, public service and sports coaching and administration, she brings a unique mix of structure, creativity, and people skills to her work. Her diverse experience outside the design world gives her a fresh, pragmatic approach that clients really value.

Belinda holds a Diploma in Building Design and was nationally recognised in the Building Designers Association of Australia’s Green Facelift Challenge, placing 2nd for her creative and sustainable approach. She also topped her cohort during her studies for both her winning concept designs and quality documentation. She has worked with both industry and non-industry clients to bring their ideas to life through concept to development application.

Belinda now lives in the inner western suburbs of Sydney with her family (including fur baby Scout), but hails from the NSW mid-north coast. Having grown up on a farm, and living in both regional towns and big cities, Belinda has a unique perspective on what it means to live in different communities, bringing that experience to her work with clients and her design aesthetic.

A self-confessed sports nut and lover of the outdoors, she brings energy, warmth, and a thoughtful, client-first mindset to every project. Whether it’s a new home, a renovation, a duplex or a granny flat, Belinda works with clients to shape ideas into functional, buildable spaces — with less stress and more clarity.
